Humanitarian Animal Relief Program is a 501(c)(3) non-profit humanitarian program.
Our goal is to help human companion animals through hard economical times. There is no gidelines for who we help. We rely on the goodness of the people asking for help. All you have to do is ask. We are fully run by volunteers and funded by donations from those people that can afford to give to those that are less fortunate. We are currently planning a food drive in the Volusia County area.
