Humanitarian Animal Relief Program

Mission

Our organization has been serving Volusia County for just under a year. Our mission is to support the members of our community in their time of need, and work towards a greater good. We are tireless in our efforts to feed the hungry animals and help provide vetrinary care for those who can not afford it. We help those seeking help in a time of need. Our non-profit organization serves people of all races, creeds, and religions. We do not discriminate. We merely support our fellow citizens, and serve as a guiding light.

Our volunteer base is growing at a steady pace. With this growth, we have been able to accomplish more, and have a larger impact upon our community. We welcome new volunteers with open arms. Please inquire today about how you can become a cherished part of the Humanitarian Animal Relief Program family.

The HARP Mission:
HARP is a humanitarian organization, led by volunteers, providing relief to companion animals in need, such as food, supplies and veterinarian assistance.  HARP steps in when financial hardship prevents loving human companions from providing adequate care for their animals.
